Breakfast could get repetitive

There were a few hiccups during my stay. The air conditioning in the lobby was off, and the presence of mosquitoes was a bit off-putting. I also faced an issue when I arrived early and had to wait over 30 minutes for check-in despite no one else being ahead of me. the waiter at lunch was blunt about the 35-minute wait for food without offering any alternatives, which felt a bit dismissive. Lastly, while the complimentary WiFi was a convenient addition, its speed was disappointingly slow.

Recommend it for families looking for great service

Had a nice experience. The restaurant staff were very nice, one time they set up a private space for me & my client when we arrived late, which was above and beyond what I expected.

It was not exactly inexpensive, but kinda worth it.

great improvements but some areas need attention

The staff at the front desk were outstanding, especially Sritama who listened to feedback and provided an upgrade to a spacious Junior Suite, making our stay much more comfortable. The room was immaculate and well-maintained, significantly improving our last experience. Breakfast choices offered were diverse and appealing, with attentive service from the restaurant staff. Another guest mentioned enjoying the magical towel animals left by housekeeping, and I too appreciated the small touches that make a stay special.

The hotel boasts well-decorated accommodations and an excellent pool area. While the initial check-in lacked warmth, the subsequent room upgrade improved our stay. A notable shortfall was the absence of basic amenities and delays in housekeeping service, which could have enhanced the experience significantly.

The rooftop's garden with live music was a lovely spot for unwinding after a busy day. The hotel was quite clean and my family enjoyed the tasty breakfast, especially the variety offered each morning. Pritam from the restaurant was particularly attentive to our needs.

My wife says that the service could certainly be quicker, especially with kids in tow.

good location, helpful front desk and the breakfast buffet was real yum with heaps of choices. rooms were comfy and staff were super nice. loved chilling at the rooftop pool with the view!

Amazing rooftop vibes!

The rooftop pool was stunning and perfect for chilling out. Really loved the in-room breakfast. it was super fresh! I had a little trouble with the wifi connection in my room, though. The staff were super helpful, especially when I asked for extra towels. Location is on point, making it easy to get to the city.

I had a lovely stay at Turyaa Chennai, Omr It Expressway. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, particularly Mr Pratik at the reception. I truly felt at home during my visit. The rooftop pool area was gorgeous, and dining at SVAR was delightful with a mouthwatering buffet selection.

Great food and comfy beds!

Spent 2 nights here and loved the rooftop pool! The staff were super friendly, even helped with my dietary needs. Food was delish, especially the pasta choice! Just wish the elevators were a bit faster during busy times. Honestly, it really made my stay more chill.

Loved the spacious room and delicious food, but the wifi was terrible in my corner room.

Recommend it for family with kids

My family had a great time at the hotel, especially with all the little touches. The housekeeping guy Saravanan made towel animals every day amd it was magical for my kids, they loved it.

It wasn’t inexpensive but I guess you pay for the experience.

Impressive food and courteous staff. The gym is small and could use more equipment.
